75 MISSED CALLS

Beyond my professional life, I am passionate about writing, trekking, camping, paragliding and spirituality. I am a published author known by the pen name “Shun Yo”. My book, “75 Missed Calls” which delves into themes of spirituality and self-discovery, was showcased at the Khushwant Singh LitFest 2024. In a world of constant distraction and noise, this book speaks to those who sense there’s something more to existence, who question the nature of reality, and who yearn for authentic self-discovery. This book resonates especially with young seekers searching for meaning beyond material success.

This book is not written by me but through me. You can consider me as an empty flute through which some mysterious life-force shared its silent symphony which is articulated in words in this book. This book is just a door between the known and the unknown – so pass through it and then forget about it forever.

GURU

My journey has been profoundly shaped by the teachings of two legendary masters: Shri Ramana Maharshi and Shri Nisargadatta Maharaj. Through their wisdom, I have discovered the path of self-inquiry and present-moment awareness, leading to a deep understanding of consciousness beyond the limitations of the thinking mind.

POV: Point of View

Rest in Peace

“Rest in Peace is a new-age natural way of simple living which proclaims that “peace is our natural state of being” and in order to deserve it, we don’t have to disturb it. The search itself is the only distance between you and your true self. In the depth of our being there is perfect peace. In this present moment, nothing is lacking and nothing is needed.

Seven Sutras

Although, thoughts can never reach peace and words can never preach peace however if imbibed with quiet mind in profound silence these “Seven Sutras” will certainly shift the focus of your attention from your Outer Face to Inner Grace.

P3 Trinity

Attention gives human existence three faces, one as a Person which you can see, second, as a Perceiver which you cannot see and third as a pure Presence beyond all conceptualization. In the light of your own ATTENTION – when you are free from all your thoughts, from all your backgrounds and identifications, then the private PERSON merges in the universal PERCEIVER . The universal PERCEIVER merges in the peaceful pure PRESENCE; yet the identity is not lost.

Only its limitations disappear and you return to your natural state where you are one with the Source.
