It is the supreme reality beyond all thoughts like an absolute void.
It is a state free from thoughts, A state in which one is empty of disturbance, A state of complete inner-silence & stillness, A state of Ultimate reality which is empty of everything, including itself.
It is the pure way of looking at existence without any personal perception – Acknowledging that Reality is perfect : Just as it Is.
You exist as an eternal empty space without any trace of personal identity in it. You pulsate in deep silence and allow the source to express itself in action. You just flow with circumstances and simply stay in touch with reality in every situation. Every event and experience happens against the background of stillness and silence.
You lose all capacity to identify with anything in particular and detach from all backgrounds; you become one with the source.

I am a highly self-motivated administrative leader with over 15+ years of diverse cross-functional experience spanning across Central Government institutions and Fortune 500 multinationals.
GOVERNMENT SECTOR EXPERIENCE:
Currently serving as the Office Superintendent (Deputation) at the Central Research Institute (CRI) Kasauli, I specialize in administering government establishment workflows. I have always emphasized on streamlining complex government policy & procedures to enhance transparency and reduce turnaround times.
Prior to my current position, I held the role of Secretary to the Director at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sirmaur for six years. I was responsible for providing comprehensive administrative leadership within the Director’s Secretariat, navigating complex interactions with the Ministry of Education, the Board of Governors, and various industry partners to uphold the institute’s strategic objectives.
PRIVATE SECTOR EXPERIENCE:
Beyond my public sector experience, I have a diverse corporate background with multinationals such as WIPRO, WNS, VIVO, DXC Technology etc. with a proven track record in team leadership and administration.
At an International level, I spearheaded an offshore process optimization project for Boots UK Limited, a role that stationed me at their head office in Nottingham to ensure seamless alignment between UK leadership and global teams.
Beyond my professional life, I am passionate about writing, trekking, camping, paragliding and spirituality.
