REST IN PEACE

“Rest in Peace“ is a new-age natural way of simple living which proclaims that “peace is our natural state of being” and in order to deserve it, we don’t have to disturb it.
Wherever attention goes energy flows.
We disturb our natural peace by our own thoughts, by constantly channelizing our attention in past memories and future desires. Every thought is a veil. Drop the veils, and what remains is the truth that was never hidden. There is no destination to reach, only the journey of awakening to what already is.
You are already HOME.

The search itself is the only distance between you and your true self. In the depth of our being there is perfect peace. In this present moment, nothing is lacking and nothing is needed. There is nothing to seek and find, for there is nothing lost. There is nothing to practice. So, don’t disturb your mind with seeking.
Stop running, Stand Still and “REST IN THIS MOMENT NOW” – simply allow your natural peace to emerge from the core of your very being.
All your problems arise because you have defined and therefore limited yourself.
We need to abandon all conceptualization and stay silent and attentive. When you do not think yourself to be this or that, all conflict ceases. We just need to stop attributing names and shapes to the essentially nameless & formless and live integrally, in oneness with all life, as pure being.
Instead of seeing things as imagined, learn to see them as they are.
To see reality is as simple as to see one’s face in a mirror. Only the mirror must be clear and true. A quiet and relaxed mind, undisturbed by all kinds of thoughts, desires and fears, free from ideas and opinions, clear on all the levels, is needed to rest in peace and see reality as it is.
When you can see everything as it is, you will also see yourself as you are.
